Ryan grew up in Rudyard, Montana — a small town on the Hi-Line where you learn early that hard work isn’t optional. After high school he did what a lot of Montana kids with that kind of backbone do. He joined the Marine Corps.
He served two combat tours in Iraq. He came home. And he got to work — spending the next 15 years as an auxiliary technician at a power plant, showing up every day, doing the job right, keeping his head down.
But Ryan always wanted something of his own. Something he could build with his hands and pass on. In 2023, he launched HMW Services out of Billings — junk removal and demolition, the kind of work that actually shows results. By mid-2025 he was running it full time.
His daughters help out on jobs on weekends. His reputation is built one driveway, one shed, one hauling run at a time. That’s the company you’re calling — not a franchise, not a call center. Ryan picks up the phone.
